I just moved out of the house on 8/17 I have a few small projects / touch up & cleaning that needs done before we sell.
This house has been completely renovated. The only things that is original from 1951 is the foundation and subfloor framing.

New black and stainless steel appliances-range microwave, glass top stove / oven, dishwasher and fridge. All new cabinets, countertops, sink.
All New plumbing, new hot water heater, drain & vent pipes, new 1/2” - 3/4” hit and cold pex pipe. All new bathroom with tiled shower / tub, toilet with shelving above it, vanity and sink.
HVAC includes 2 Large outdoor Mini Split units and two indoor wall mounted units for heat and AC.
There is also a nice wood stove in the basement with forced air if you want to burn wood in the winter to supplement the mini splits.
The basement is unfinished with concrete floor / drain. I built heavy duty shelves along one of the walls to store totes / other items.
